Our Transformation Package is our most in depth 1-2-1 personal training coaching programme within our private training studio.
We will closely guide you through your personalised training and nutritional programme via the number of 1-2-1 personal training session you would like per week.
We run our coaching programme on a 4 week basis to give you and us flexibility with your training.
We pride ourselves in teaching you everything you need to know so you feel confident to progress and sustain results for the rest of your life. In order for long term success, knowledge is vital.
Have a friend to train with? We can offer a discount on 2-2-1 personal training sessions!
Package Includes:
- Weekly one hour 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 Personal Training
- Personalised Training Programme tailored to your goals
- Bespoke Nutritional Plan with macro nutrient breakdown and an example meal plan
- Progress Tracking to ensure you are doing everything you need to achieve results
- Access to our healthy recipe list
Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sessions can be rescheduled within that month when cancelled before 24 hours, otherwise session with be classified as unattended and therefore lost. All sessions must be used within the 4 week programme.

Online Personal Training
If you are confident in the gym but just need more direction then our online plan is the one for you!! Your online coaching programme will be fully personalised and tailored to your fitness goals, no matter what they may be. You will be required to perform all training independently and we will track you every step of the way to ensure results.
